As a seasoned executive level manager in the construction industry, I have significant experience in managing all aspects of Design-build, Design-bid-build, and Construction Management projects ranging up to and above $150 Million, with a historical total of programs and projects in excess of $2 Billion. My experience includes diverse construction markets, including federal, state, and local government, Department of Defense (DoD), commercial, institutional, and industrial.

Additionally, I have assisted many small disadvantaged businesses with SBA programs, joint ventures, teaming agreements, SBA Mentor-Protege agreements, business development, proposal writing and estimating.
